Named parents pay homage to children who died in fire.
“The parents of three children who perished in an east London fire said, ‘You are loved beyond words. ‘Nakash Malik, 13, his sister Aayat, 11, and Muhammad Hanan, 7, were the youngsters.
In a poignant statement, Khurram Malik and Naumana Gul Khan said, ‘You were a blessing, and your memory is a valuable treasure. May God grant you eternal rest in the heavenly realm.’
At approximately 8:30 British Time on Saturday, the 13th, a property on Napier Road in Ham caught fire. Consequently, six fire engines and 40 firefighters responded to the blaze, which destroyed the ground floor.
Currently, the London Incident Brigade, alongside officials from the Metropolitan Police Department, is continuing their investigation into the cause of the incident. As of now, there is no evidence to indicate suspicious circumstances.
